 Hawk Ridge Winery (Watertown, CT)
Located in the serene countryside of Watertown, Connecticut, Hawk Ridge Winery offers a charming escape for wine enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. Part of the picturesque Hidden Breeze Farm, the winery sits on 58 acres that have transitioned from a horse farm to a vibrant working farm since 2012. Named for the abundance of red-tailed hawks soaring overhead, Hawk Ridge Winery began its journey with grapevines planted by dedicated volunteers in 2014. Today, guests can savor fine wines while enjoying the farm's pastoral beauty, with exciting plans for future expansions including a 30-acre vineyard and hops cultivation.
